Are you receiving too many notifications from Facebook on your phone or email? Or perhaps you’re not being notified about the actions on your account that you wish you were?
The following steps will help you to easily set up your notifications from Facebook in a way that works best for you!
1). Once you are on your Facebook Business page, click on Settings (top right) followed by Notifications on the left.
2). Once the notification panel loads you can decide if you’d like to receive a notification each time there is activity on your Page or an important Page update, or if you’d rather receive one notification every 12 – 24 hours on all activity and updates on your Page during that time. You can also turn notifications off completely.
3). Next, you can decide which notification settings you’d like to turn off, or turn on.
4). If you continue scrolling down, you can set if you’d like to be notified of new messages via FB Messenger to your Business, where you’d like to receive all of your Facebook notifications (in your email, as a text message on your phone), and whether to see information about your Business account on your home page when you use your personal Facebook on your computer.
Setting changes are saved automatically.
